"This company has very shady advertising for their products. They use a website called PriceWatch (if you're also a hardcore gamer I'm sure you've heard of this), which they had it set up in the intial listing of all the processors as $29 for a AMD 1700. So I was like WOAH... so I clicked on it, and made the purchase, to find out that the only way it was $29 was if I bought something else from them. So as soon as I found this out, they said that I couldn't cancel my order because they had already shipped it, and that I could not return it, because they don't take processors back, but I hadn't recieved it yet. I just want to make sure everyone knows that this company is very shady in their advertising, and should NOT be trusted when buying things from them. Also their tech guy, speaks bad english and is almost impossible to understand what he is saying. "

"Ordered a case and P4 Processor Friday night July 25th. It shipped Monday the 28th. Received it Wednesday the 31st. Order was on the money! Ordered Raid Max Power supply on 7/30 (after lunch) EST. I did not pay/ask for express shipping. It shipped the SAME DAY! FedEx says it will be here Monday, Aug 4th. I am completely satisfied with the service I have received and will buy from GameVE again. "This place is terrible. I called three times to make sure the had the case I wanted in stock. Each time they told me they did and not to worry. When I got the product, of course it was the wrong thing. I even left comments on the order to make sure they didn't mess up. I asked a supervisor if they read the comments, he said they don't and it's just there to make people feel secure. I am GOING throught the biggest hassle in trying to correct this mistake, but they can't do much to help. I am in the middle of returning the product and its taking forever!!! "I purchased a CPU and case from this company. Due to an error in the original order (i had forgotten to update my billing address) they emailed me that that order could not be processed, so i told them to cancel it and i would re-enter it properly.
After recieving an email confirming cancellation, I placed the order a second time.
A couple days later I recieve a shipment that includes the first order, the one that had been cancelled. (in the order was also a neon light for the case that arrived broken)
repeated phone calls to the number on the packing recipt got nowhere, the people i talked to told me i had to file for an RMA online
I have filled out the RMA form and recieved a confirmation letter for that, however I have not recieved the RMA code from them.
I have talked to my bank and they have informed me that not only will this company be responsible for refunding me for the order that should have been cancelled, as well as the cost of shipping the turn to them, and also any overdraft fees i incur from my bank due to their charging my EFT cart for the order that they confirmed had been cancelled.
I have tried to call the 1-800 number on their site and end up getting a machine telling me to press 0 if i want to talk to an operator, then telling me to hold while it connects my call, after which it comes back to the same phone menu 2 minutes later
Needless to say, at this point i would strongly warn against using a company that will charge you for a cancelled order."
