"I ordered a Sapphire Radeon 9600 Pro Retail. When I received my package I first noticed the FedEX box looked kinda small. When I opened it I noticed the Sapphire box itself was small and missing all the xtra labels they nromally carry. When I opened the box it had the Card/S-Vid cable/Driver CD/Power DVD CD. From my experience this is an OEM package. I called GameVE and they blamed it on Sapphire and said they could only help if the Card was broken. So I went to the Sapphire site and checked the contents of the Retail box. Other than the fact the box that GameVE sent me wasn't the retail box I was also missing the Instruction Manual, RCA Video Cable, S-video to RCA converter, DVI to VGA converter, Soldier of Fortune 2, and Redline Tweak Utility.

Update: I ran into someone at Hardforum.com with the EXACT same issue. After making 2 calls and sending 1 email I got them to send me my missing accessories. The customer service seems to be inconsistant, 1 customer service rep wouldn't give me the time of day the second was probobly the nicest customer service rep I've ever talked to. They sent out the second package the same day as the second call, I'll post a final update once I get the package."
