"This reseller had what appears to be good service, however the video card I recieved was used. At first I didn't notice but when I started looking at the card there was dust caked onto the cooling fan blades and under the heatsink. The box also was not sealed up but appeared to have been opened before also. I called them and asked what was going on and they said they would replace it and blamed their shipping dept. on sending out a used card. I then asked how could there be a mistake like that and they then tried to blame it on ASUS that they shipped out the used card to them. Personally I believe they knew they shipped out the video card used but hoped no one would notice. I have requested a refund for this item due to them not willing to help out in any way other than just replacing it. I have to pay for shipping also.
The case they sent me was the wrong one also, as it did not come with a power supply. They did promptly ship the power supply to me that same day I called but only regular delivery no next day air.
I know of someone that used this company before and didn't have any problems. Their prices are also good but I will not recommend this company to anyone after the used part I recieved. Makes you wonder how many other people recieved used parts without knowing it."

"I just built a top-of-the-line gamer's system, and GameVE was my seller for the graphics card (PowerColor Radeon 9700) and the RAM (512MB PC2700 DDR by Kingston). Of all the sellers I used, GameVE had probably the nicest web site. The descriptions were concise enough and brought attention to what you actually wanted to know. The prices on both the RAM and the card were about as low you would possibly hope for, too. So choosing GameVE was a no-brainer.
Placing the order, though, I made a typing mistake (a 1-digit CC# snafu). It took GameVE 4-5 days to actually let me know what was going on with my order and that there was a problem. Not only that, I had just emailed them about it (so I'm wondering if that expedited the process). Now, I know that it's my own fault for not typing carefully, but ideally a company gets back to you immediately on a problem like that, not in 4 days.
However, after they let me know the problem, and I corrected it, the order was shipped within 1 day -- through FedEx Express Saver, and for free, too. The product itself was fine (the OEM card actually came with a manual; weirdly the drivers were from Sapphire even though the card was supposedly by PowerColor... that's probably normal...).
To summarize, the price, web site, and product were all top-notch, but the there was a serious glitch in the customer attention department. Still, a good purchase.

ADDED: Well, the graphics card started glitching soon after I got it (in two different computer systems). So I RMAed it. RMA was approved pretty quickly (in one day). I sent out the card, and then called when they didn't do anything about it for a couple of days. The service rep said that I'll get the tracking number on Monday (I called on Friday). However, on Saturday I get the email that the card is out of stock. Which is interesting, considering the website said it was in stock. I wait a few more days, and, on Tuesday I call to ask what the status is. The guy was a little curt with me when I raised the above concern to him, something along the lines of " Really, really, it's on backorder." I'm not too confrontational, so I let it go. OK, got the card that Friday (sent out Thursday).
So... I guess the RMA experience was not too bad. It could have been much worse."
