"Stay away from this store. I ordered a MSI 875 FIS2R mainboard Gameve showed IN STOCK on Friday, April 25 2003. On Monday April 28 my order went from "sent to warehouse" to "cancelled". Gameve already charged my credit card knowing the product was out of stock.
To me that's robbery. I wont be doing business with Gameve any longer. I'd advise everyone else to do the same unless you want your credit card tied up for nothing."
"A few days ago i ordered my first order from GameVE.com. I ordered a PowerColor Radeon 9700 Pro. I ordered on April 21 (monday) late at night, and the item was shipped out the very next day, via the FREE fedex super saver shipping! I recieved the item just as advertised with bonus cables that i didn't expect! Unfortunately the video card was defective (had nothing to do with gameve.com). SO i promptly called their support line and talked to a very nice sales person who help me out greatly and got my RMA and special request authorized immediatly. Their customer support is great, just as their service is. I would highly reccomend GameVE to anyone and everyone, as i know i will be doing much more business with them."

"I find it odd that everyone on hear raves about gameve.com when I have had such a poor experience with them. Here's the full story. Purchased a Low Profile Geforce 4 MX440 Video Card from them on the 17th. On the 22nd I receive the package in good time, only to open it and FIND A FULL SIZE CARD INSIDE. If you look at my invoice, it says in plain english. MSI GF4 MX440 Low Profile!! So, at this point I am a little upset, but I figure people make mistakes. I figure because they are the ones who messed up they should be willing to send out the right card immediately. YEAH RIGHT!! I called many times, and after many many calls, I finally got through to someone. They said that I would have to wait TWO DAYS for an RMA, and also that they didn't have the low profile version in stock. Called back immediately, operator transferred me to someone else. They told me they did have the other card in stock, but I would still have to wait for the RMA, and if I wanted to cross ship they would charge me the price of the card again, then refund the difference. BUT I WOULD BE LIABLE FOR SHIPPING BOTH WAYS!! I am sorry, but I didn't make the mistake here... why should I have to pay $15 in shipping charges when they sent the wrong card?! Well, here's the kicker... since I ordered my card (the one I should have gotten) it has dropped $18 in price! If I decided I wanted to actually get the card I ordered would they give it to me at the lower price! No, of course not! Well, I have decided to just keep the card and put it in another system. I have already ordered a new card (for my SFF PC) from NewEgg (a trusted source). So, the moral of this story... If everything goes right with your order, you will probably be fine. If it goes wrong, I feel for you. I personally will never ever ever shop at gameve.com again and will recommend my friends do not either."
"Not happy at ALL with this company......first the sent the wrong video card.....it was supposed to be a radeon all in wonder pro 9700..instead they sent me an radeon 7500!!!.....then I had paid for overnight shipping.......so when I called them on the card they agreed to cross ship......and without telling me they charged my card....again!!! for the full amount ( twice for a total of $680 plus shipping...even though they sent me a card worth only $112!!!)....then on the replacement card they didnt EVEN ship it overnight but crappy fedex 3 day....yet I paid to overnight their 7500 back overnight....they recieved it monday and STILL have not yet credited my card back.
