"I have a swing that is 12 years old and the canopy was worn and torn so I wanted to replace it. I was happily surprised
that you carried the canopy that fit my swing. Although it no longer came in the color that matches the swing cushions,
the beige canopy coordinates with the sage green and beige cushion.
I also then decided to order new cushions for seat and arms. At the time of the order it said the items were on back order
and wouldn't be available until August. I again was happily surprised when they arrived almost a month earlier than expected. "

"Fantastic service, very good at answering questions. the problem arises in that Garden Winds is not able to provide a replacement canopy for my gazebo until the spring of 2918. I suspect suppliers and production scheduling are the bottlenecks, but that does not help me. therefore instead of the five that I would have given on my first order years ago drops to a three. Customer Service is still great, but that doesn't change the fact that the company does not have the product to sell and I now have to go and buy a whole new gazebo. So happy with the service and unhappy with the situation! "
"Placed a backorder scheduled to be filled 6/30. Was told on 7/9, only after calling the company with no status, that the order will not be placed. They indicated that they likely "oversold" the product, and that they "maybe" have one in stock (not the color we ordered). As a resolution to our problem, they offered to extend the same discount as on the original order. No other problem resolution offered. We will never order from Garden Winds again."

"The price for the replacement cushions was more than we paid for the original furniture and cushions and the replacement cushions aren't nearly as comfortable as the originals. They are thinner and if I would have been able to find replacement cushions that fit somewhere else I would have. The original price of the furniture and cushions was $250 and the price for the replacement cushions only was $460. Ridiculous!!!!"
