"The title pretty much says it all. The fabric and color (Sage) were very good, the stitching and detailing also very good. But it does take on water if it's left in the rain, and doesn't drain and dry nearly as well as the original cushion. It's also not as comfortable, being a coarser fabric and the stuffing not as soft. It arrived quickly, well packaged and in good condition. "

"Ordered a replacement canopy. When I started to put it on my umbrella frame I noticed a flaw in the fabric. Contacted customer service. At first I thought it was going to be a pain to get satisfaction judging from the initial contact I had with the Garden Winds customer service. The second email from them resolved the issue very quickly and to my satisfaction. Will be ordering from them in the future."
"I measured the frame to make sure of the size, 12X12,got it. Ordered 12X12. Opened the box and it said on the invoice 12X12. HOWEVER it can up 4 inches short on both sides of one corner!!!! I needed to remove all 4 brass brackets that hold the top frames together and cut 2 inches off each side of the frame ,replace the brackets, and then refit the (still tight) new top into place. Looks Great!!"
"I measured the gazebo and told them the roof had 2 tiers and still the size was wrong. It it long to get my refund as well. In addition, I sent a photo twice so someone could look at the gazebo and determine the actual size needed. The number was verified as correct reach time, but on one go back to me. "

"Finding and ordering the canopy for our frame was pretty easy, once we found the Item number, which thankfully we had! Otherwise, we wouldn't have been able to locate the replacement for it. It did arrive within a few days and was in good condition. However, there were no directions on how to replace and it was extremely difficult to fit on the frame. The replacements should be just a little larger than the original so that they fit the frames more easily. "
