" The pergola replacement cover we ordered arrived promptly. However, the nape, to pass the rods were unevenly sewn. Therefore, the rods couldn't be installed. I would have to rip the seams and redo them for the cover to function. We returned the cover. So sorry. Was looking forward to using the pergola this 4th. July holiday.

"By contacting customer support I was able to find the proper Gazebo cover for my 6+ year old gazebo. by sending a picture of the gazebo and the store where it was purchased they wee able to find the proper replacement cover. There are so many variables it is difficult to pick out the right cover. They gave me the dimensions of the tier top and the cover so that I knew it would fit. Also the fabric has improved with
added grommets to allow drainage so that rain will not collect on the top."
