"I never wrote a poor review online, but this company warrants it. They made an error and sent me the wrong color and didn't own up to their mistake. Then, processed the correct order twice and charged me twice. I requested a courtesy pick up for the first order and they refused. Then offered a courtesy return of the second order MINUS shipping charges AND I would need to take the bulky cushions to UPS store. They earn 1 star because the product was as described, but even that was backordered for 6 months!"

They seem a bit flimsy and they took much longer to deliver than promised but not worth the hassle to return. For the price paid it was a fair transaction. "Swing top is made of extremely thin material and looks frail and below average for an item that was a bit costly. Price is not a reflection of quality. To make matters WORSE, the top does not fit the swing frame, it is way too short (about 7 to 9 inches) width wide making it impossible to secure it through the frame sides length wise. There are all of 4 tie downs although the original one had multiple tie downs. Will be easy to blow away with the first storm. Being desperate to have some sort of covering for the swing, I elected to keep and I am in the process of trying to come up with some sort of way to secure the top to the frame. Please beware before agreeing to purchase this item, some times you win, some times you lose...this is a lost time."
