"After receiving canopy top, tried to install but it was a battle. the top was very small for the 12 foot gazebo. We were unable to connect the corner hooks, some grommets did not match up with the existing frame. It needed at least two inches more of material on all sides. This was the second purchase from Garden Winds. The first purchase from Garden Winds for my other gazebo was perfect, nice fit, and nice material, this gazebo from Sears does not fit at all, very disappointed "
"The replacement screen is great and the canopy cover is too until you get to the top tier which is a seperate piece.....the top tier is too small to fit the frame for the top tier....it can be attached with the velcro and then flops as it is too small for the framing...will see how this works for the season"
"Went to Menards to a new canopy for my Gazebo, which is 3 years old. They tried to look up the information on my instruction manual, but found nothing came up for any parts. They said it is no longer available. Went to Garden Winds site, looked through all the gazebo that had a listing for Menards. Found what appeared to be my gazebo but wasn't, so continued to search then found another one, looked through the Specifications at the bottom of the web page and it had my number listed. Bought it. "I purchased an replacement umbrella canopy and a swing canopy both for the Walmart Sand dune collection. No problems with the umbrella....looks great. The swing canopy was a little tight to put back on,but I think it was because I purchased the rip stop canopy. Another set of hands took care of that tho.Other than that......they look fantastic. I used the ground shipping and they arrived right when they were scheduled.Good job Garden Winds.PS. I would like to see the umbrella canopy in rip stop also in the future."
