"When I accessed the website, I was encouraged to send a picture of the frame of the cantilevered umbrella, I sent a picture and it wasn't visible to the customer service agent, they asked for additional information, but I was only able to advise that I purchased the umbrella at Sears over 7 years ago and I didn't have the serial number for the canopy or umbrella. About 10 days later, I sent in another picture to the customer service agent but didn't receive a response. I decided to purchase the Sears Oasis style canopy, confirmation email listed the Sears Oasis style canopy. When the canopy was shipped it listed the Kmart canopy. I received the Kmart canopy and it doesn't fit as the fabric isn't long enough. I would like to follow up with a customer service representative and return the canopy and have the correct style canopy. "
