"We ordered replacement canopies for our gazebo...a few days after ordering received an apology note and a refund due to a backorder but were given the option of staying "on the list" when the items were back in. It took a few months, but our reorder was seamless and we have the canopies. This shouldn't be an unusual experience, but, in today's world it is! I also got great service from Garden Winds service agents regarding comparisons of a few products. Love this company!"

"I have ordered Garden Winds gazebo covers every year for the past 5 years. They are always prompt in their shipment and yearly costs are always in range. Very happy with their products, if the Arizona August downpours and winds continue to ripe the cover off I wouldn't have to reorder every year! Seems like every August or September I am ordering a new cover, once again because of the winds and rain downpours not because of poor product."
