"We purchased an awning for a 3 person swing purchased at Lowes. Although it was delivered in a timely manner, the swing canopy turned out to be too small so decided to return it. The cost of shipping it back to California was going to cost $57 plus a charge by Garden Winds of $45 (US) to cover their initial shipping costs making it unfeasible to return it. Now have a canopy I can't use and out $100. Thought with the name being Garden Winds Canada the cost of returning wouldn't be more than the item! The only thing Canadian about the website was the prices were in Canadian funds."
"My replacement canopy came in as expected and it looks great! A little snug to get all the corners on, but we just leave one corner off, which actually allows for more wind flow. Can't really tell since all the Velcro attaches. This fabric seems to be a little more sturdy than the original. It's also a little lighter color which makes it nice on a gloomy day to seem brighter. Very happy with this purchase and would buy again! "
