"Ordered product Apr 11 and knew on backorder until Apr 30/17. No updates received advising of delivery or delay. May 4/17 again checked order and still "in process". Checked canopy order page to see that backorder date was showing June 30/17. I called Garden Winds and was told they did not receive their April shipment so now delivery was expected June 30/17....or later, it could be moved. We have missed the sales for beginning of season to purchase a new unit and our back deck could have been ready for use at this point.
I think that when your shipment did not arrive you should have notified your customers, you have our information. Not very good business practice to leave your customers in this situation for over 2 months so needless to say my experience is far below satisfactory
