"I placed an on-line order for a Gazebo canopy and received the merchandise within two days. I was a bit confused with the receipt because the name of the type of the canopy was different on the receipt from the one I had ordered.
I called the hotline number to check and was told that the difference was simply that the name was different in Canada and in the U.S. The operator was personable and friendly.
Great experience. Second time I've ordered on-line from the group in four years. Both experiences were extremely satisfying.

"I bought a swing exactly of the Orchard Supply one that I have. It does not fit properly and was having a party, to late to return it but also had cheap fabric. I got it on the swing but the Velcro tabs do not match up with the bar, about 4 inches off. Orchard Supply had a thicker fabric that the garden Winds version which was made by Garden Winds. Will not order from Garden winds again."
