"I bought a replacement awning top for my swing. 6 months went by before we had a chance to put it on due to the seasons changing. Come to find out when my husband opened the box it was the wrong one. I called Garden Winds to see if by any chance the would refund me part of the price since I was ordering the correct one from them. "Our new canopy and seat cushion arrived even faster than we were promised. Unfortunately it has been too cold, windy, and rainy to use it. If the monsoon ever passes I will try to update this review with a photo. It appears well made, and even though the color is lighter than the original, I like it. We are delighted to find replacement fabric parts to our swing. Our swing is much sturdier than the junk we see in the stores today and we expected that we would need to have a new canopy and cushion custom made...which would probably have cost more than the swing itself!"

"I ordered some cushions for my patio set. They stated they will be on back order until the end of April. I still placed the order. Just got an e-mail that they will be on back order until the end of May. Why so long? Would of liked to have them by end of April for some special occasions. I need them very bad and they are the only company that I found to carry them. I guess they have me over a barrel. Maybe they know that.
