"This is our 3rd replacement canopy in 6 years. The fit and quality stand up year around. The hot summers, rain, wind, and some snow do take a toll, but we get two years of cover for our spa and swing.

"Bough this replacement canopy cover about a year and half ago, it lasted one year and started ripping, maybe that's why they call it riplock? That's all it does is rip. The material is thin and weak. The original Sears canopy cover lasted 4 years, this one made it one year, and we take it down in the fall and don't put it back up until Spring. It sits in out shed in the off season. The Sears part number is discontinued so they know you are stuck buying this substandard aftermarket canopy cover. I called Garden Winds to ask them what they could do for us, they said absolutely nothing, they stated a 6 month warranty. So I have to spend another $160.00 for more junk that does not last. So you have to buy a new riplock cover basally every year. Now that's top quality. Great company, no really."

We needed two replacement canopies, so I telephoned one afternoon , spoke to a lovely and as always helpful woman, she essentially placed our order while we were speaking! When I hung up, a confirmation email was already in my inbox. Two days later at 11 a.m. our canopies arrived at our door! No big deal you say? Well Garden Winds is in California somewhere, while we are on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada! As well, the parcel had to pass customs between the 2 countries.

"Second time to order this. First time the wrong part was sent and I was told I had to pay to return it. Second time I ordered the riplock design and it is so thin you can almost see thru it and it is about to inch's to small to fit the frame. I just sent another email about this last week and have not received any response. I sent pictures last week. I can send some more if you just let me know. I do need some help with this. Thanks. C. "This is my second replacement canopy. I seem to need a new one every 3-4 years due to weathering and wear and tear. The replacement canopy fits like a glove. Had an initial problem with the initial installation of the large section of the canopy due the lack of an instruction sheet. Figured it out tho'.
