"I sent pictures and was told which canopy for our swing to purchase but when it came it had tabs and not sleeves for the bars to go through.. would not stay on. I called and the Customer Service Agent was no help at all. I sent it back.. we will see if they acknowledge receipt and how long it takes for a refund.
