"My original cushions were burned from ashes from a forest fire that almost claimed our house. I didn't know what was going to do. I ended up having a local upholstery shop make a set of cushions. By the time I bought the fabric and paid for labor it cost me more than $1500! They did NOT fit at all, didn't set well, and looked awful! I was just sick. Then I found Garden Winds and they offered replacement cushions for my exact set for just $600. I've been putting off the additional expense but finally bit the bullet and I am so happy I did! These cushions are WONDERFUL and they look, set, and fit GREAT! The only thing I wish was that Garden Winds included at least the side cushions in their package as they're an odd size and originally match the seat cushions which makes them hard to replace. All in all though I LOVE my cushions!"

"I ordered my canopy on feb 22. on Feb 27 or 28th I called to see where it was because the tracking said that UPS had not received it to ship. The girl I spoke with at customer service said that sometimes it doesn't update and to check it again at the end of the day. I waited a few days and it still said the same thing so I called back and spoke to a girl and she asked someone else. Then she discovered that the package had been misplaced or something along those lines and it was going to be shipped the next morning.I finally received it on March 7th. They were very polite about it. I wish the first girl I spoke with had checked..... I love the canopy on a more positive note! The color is a little different than the original but I like it. I also like the criss cross pattern sewn into it to reinforce it!"
