"When we replaced our cover two years ago, we underestimated the importance of reviews and got a cheap 10x10 that sagged, held rainwater, and invited wasp nests before finally blowing away in shreds. We decided that the most important features were fit and construction: how well its made and what materials. This looked like the winner, and we received it within a week. I was worried about fit, because our sides were 1" and 2" off, respectively. But this one took both of us to pull it on because it fit so well. We had barely finished pulling the corners and smoothing the sides when the first rain began. It has been on about three weeks now, and I am just now able to attach half of the stays. It looks beautiful and we are very pleased. Thank you so much for the new addition to our home!"

"I have had my gazebo for 10 years, I need a replacement top for it approximately every two to three years. The first two replacement tops I purchased thru Target who I purchased the gazebo at, the top part of the replacement tops did not fit correctly, but the bottom part did. The top I purchased thru Garden Winds was delivered before the given delivery, the top part of the gazebo top fit nicely, but the bottom part of the gazebo top did not fit correctly, I had to get creative attaching the ends of it, the ends are not long enough to fit around the four corner end rods. I bought the upgraded gazebo top for a little more money than I paid for the last replacement top I bought thru Target, if it last over three years I will buy another one thru Garden Winds and install it the way I installed this one."
"I was very pleased when our replacement swing canopies and cushions arrived however the burgandy color faded terribly within 4-6 weeks. For the price compared to cosmetic quality it's not worth the money unless a natural color is available bc the lighter tan is still okay. "

My complaint would be UPS's harsh treatment of shipping these 50lb boxes of stone, but they still snapped together with limitted broken snaps (broken by UPS).
