"Explanation of reason for return of gazebo cover:
Upon opening the carton after delivery by UPS, my wife and I stretched the fabric on our family room floor and measured the distance on one of the longer edges from corner-to-corner seam. We estimated the distance to be 9 plus feet 6 or 7 inches. After re-measuring the outside dimension of our gazebo frame to be a fraction of an inch less than 10 X 10 feet, I called a customer service representative for Garden Winds with my concerns about the cover not fitting the frame. The discussion with this helpful person made me aware of the following:
I had correctly followed all the steps indicated on the web page for choosing the replacement cover for my Parkland Heritage gazebo originally manufactured by DC America. The web page choice did not clearly indicate the correct fit. The web page asks for model number, size, shape, brand, roof type, and overhang style. The size choices listed were only gross sizes, like 10 X 10, 12 X 12, etc. The information I provided for model was GOT680-BB, size 10X10, shape square, manufacture DC AMERICA, roof type double tier, and overhang style classic.)
The web page displayed five products meeting these criteria. Three were gazebo types from DC America with netting and color that was unfamiliar to me. The other two were WALMART DC AMERICA GAZEBO REPLACEMENT CANOPY – BEIGE – RIPLOCK, and the other was identical except color green. The price was $139.99 for model: (LCM508B-RS). I of course selected this beige cover and ordered it, since it resembled the canopy we always have had on the gazebo, and apparently met all the criteria.
I have owned this gazebo for over 15 years, and the retail store which sold it no longer is in business. It has been necessary to replace the cover on at least three earlier occasions because of sun damage, two times with the retail store providing the earlier replacements and Walmart providing the most recent replacement. All of these replacements fit fine, and the Walmart cover even had grommets in place to help drain any rain water to lessen strain on the fabric from excess weight.
The customer service person indicated the canopy with manufacturer model number GOT680-BB may have had a better fit with the other model ( LCM575B-RS, without netting), and that she recommended we attempt to force fit the model LCM508B-RS to our frame before returning it for refund.
We made the suggested attempt, and it failed even trying to “give a little” at each corner. We noted the second (upper) tier was a bit small to fit the frame also.
Please process the return and credit the refund. We must reconsider a supplier for replacement.

After 30 days of the expected back order arrival date I inquired twice as the status and never received a reply. I disputed my charge with my credit card co. and Garden Winds did two things. First they told my Credit Card Co that I accepted a replacement order (never delivered to me however) then they went ahead and cancelled my replacement order."
