"This is obviously good fabric but it is very difficult to install if you don't have a perfect fit with your frame. ( It took lots of tugging and pulling, loosening screws on the frame, and a about 90 minutes to install. We felt like we had been lifting weights at the gym.
We suggest a much more customer friendly means of attaching the tarp to the frame. I imagine there are many customers without the number of people or strength to install it."

"A recent storm tore apart my DC America Parkland Heritage gazebo canopy, and I immediately went to Garden Winds' website to order another. I was so pleased with the website layout, which allowed me to identify my original seller (American Sales), and then to identify the specific gazebo I own! Made the job SO MUCH EASIER! They also offered an upgraded version with "ripstop" material for a small amount more, which I accepted. They quickly shipped it out to me, and I got it in just a few days. I am so happy with this new canopy! It's actually better than the original canopy that came with the gazebo!!!"

"Canopy fit perfectly with same dimensions and style as the original gazebo which was purchased from Target in 2007! Only concern is that the 90 degree angled hooks are not as tightly angled as the originals, so I am not sure how securely they will hold in the wind. We might need to use pliers to bend the hooks a little more if it becomes a problem.
Original was thicker and lasted 5 years until a major windstorm ripped it. First replacement and this second replacement from Garden Winds are not as durable, and can be expected to start deteriorating in 2-3 years, but our gazebo itself needs to be replaced soon."
