"This is my second replacement canopy. Garden Winds is prompt and good to deal with. I just wish the product was better. We live in Los Angeles and don't get harsh weather. The canopy only lasted two years. The design is not good. The hooks to connect the canopy to the frame come loose easily and the fabric that connects the hooks rots very quickly. I have another gazebo from a different company and the quality of the fabric is so much better. If this one gives out after 2 years then I am going to think about taking the gazebo down from the deck and replace it with another brand."

"Yes I was extremely happy to find a replacement canopy for my 10 year old Canadian Tire gazebo. However when I tried to install my new "Garden Winds" canopy I had to stretch it to make it "fit". Now there's stress on the areas where it's attached to the gazebo and small tears are starting (at the finial ornaments around the perimeter). I spoke to a Garden Winds customer rep today and they advised me to email pictures of my gazebo (and the stress tears on the canopy) to them along with "proof" indicating that my gazebo is the same as the one pictured on their website. Well fat chance on finding proof on a 10 year old gazebo...oh well I guess we'll see what happens after I send in the pictures. Interestingly a close relative has the same gazebo and had ordered the more expensive cover and he had the SAME issues with stress tears happening. I am not a completely satisfied customer and hope to have my issue resolved soon."
