"Yes I was extremely happy to find a replacement canopy for my 10 year old Canadian Tire gazebo. However when I tried to install my new "Garden Winds" canopy I had to stretch it to make it "fit". Now there's stress on the areas where it's attached to the gazebo and small tears are starting (at the finial ornaments around the perimeter). I spoke to a Garden Winds customer rep today and they advised me to email pictures of my gazebo (and the stress tears on the canopy) to them along with "proof" indicating that my gazebo is the same as the one pictured on their website. Well fat chance on finding proof on a 10 year old gazebo...oh well I guess we'll see what happens after I send in the pictures. Interestingly a close relative has the same gazebo and had ordered the more expensive cover and he had the SAME issues with stress tears happening. I am not a completely satisfied customer and hope to have my issue resolved soon."
"After purchasing the canopy I needed to make a change on the delivery method and I had to wait for an hour and 10 minutes before I got disconnected!!!The canopy arrived a bit smaller than the original and I'm afraid I'd I pull it more ii'll tear but I'm keeping it since it does not look bad. The best part was that I got it earlier than I expected ."

"I have purchased items from this vendor in the past. The Quality has varied over the years but primarily weak zippers on the privacy panels and/or insect panels. This particular purchase was the canopy with the cupola top. I selected the "best" quality that was offered. The "Rip Lock" model was delivered in a timely manner. As I installed the canopy I found the fit to be extremely tight and had to stretch and pull on the material to get it to properly fit on the corners. The hooks for the side attachments were even more difficult to pull down to connect into the grooved slot. The quality of the hooks were not even close to those I have experienced in the past. Past hooks were shaped more as a bracket with a heavier grade of elastic used in the mounting. The hooks on this model are nothing more than a weak piece of wire and the elastic more inferior than the past. I fear these hooks and their elastic will not hold up. This canopy is removed every fall and stored out of the elements. The cupola material simply did not fit. No matter how much I worked at repositioning it or pulled or tugged I could not get it to fit completely over all of the support rods. I do note that this model did not have zippers in the corners as past models have had. But the truth is I don't think that having the zippers would have helped this material. I literally dis-assembled the cupola in an attempt to get it to fit but the last corner was still 1 -2 inches short. I have never had so much frustration in assembling a canopy in all the years that I have owned one. The material is heavier and better sewn that I have had in the past. I could have gone down another star on ratings but have had good experiences in the past. However, I am still disappointed to have paid for more and gotten less. I have to live with this. I will think twice on my next purchase. "

"I am very unhappy with their customer service. While I am happy with the canopy I purchased, I had previously purchased a swing canopy and cushion. There are 2 little tears on the canopy in a spot where there should be no tears. We live in northern IL so we only use it 4 months a year and then we put the furniture away. Our original canopy held up for 5 years without tears. They would not work with me to resolve this issue. They offered me $25 discount on next purchase for only 90 days and I had just ordered the canopy and they wouldn't even take it off of that purchase even though it hadn't shipped yet. Very poor customer service and for that reason I will not order from them again."
