"Bought the canopy cover using the website. Located the Gazebo store that I thought it was purchased at, came with the house. I found the exact Gazebo for the store I thought it came from and made my purchase. Got the cover a day before they said it was going to be delivered which was great. Went to put the cover on, which started out easy until I got to the last corner! That is when things fell apart. The cover was way too tight to fit over the last corner. I was pulling an tugging trying to get that last corner to slide over. I have 6 bloody knuckles, blood on my canopy and then I ripped the seam out of the last corner trying to get it to slide down. The cover is still about an inch short of fitting the way it should, I can't get the last finial on because the hole is an inch away. The other three corners look great, luckily for some reason I waited to do the back corner last which most people will not be able to see. I have a $180 cover that I ripped the seam out of not to mention I got blood all over my beige canopy. I would really like someone to tell me how that last corner was supposed to fit without ripping the seam out or tearing up my hands"
"After discovering we had ordered the wrong canopy, we contacted Garden Winds hoping for an understanding service rep. Well, apparently we got one! They quickly discovered the error, reordered the correct canopies and sent a shipping labeled for us to to return the wrong order. In the process, we ended up saving some money and now have a like-new covered patio. Thank you for your understanding and quick response."

"I couldn't believe how fast the canopy got here from California to Oshawa, Ontario Canada….only 40 hrs. I had it up in the Havana Gazebo frame in 25 minutes and this one fit unlike the replacement made by the original manufacturer (Sunjoy through Canadian Tire here in Canada) Lets just hope it lasts a few years at least like the original.

"This was the 2nd. Gazebo cover I've purchased. The first one I bought in April 2015 lasted less than one year. (only comes with a 1 or 2 month warranty). It ripped to shreds starting at the corner. It's supposedly made from the locking fabric, what a joke.
I emailed a photo after is ripped with the original invoice hoping to hear at least an, "I'm sorry it didn't last,) but never any response. So far I've spend $360 for two covers.
Next time I'll buy a hard surface roof type Gazebo.
