"Bought two replacement canopies in consecutive weeks to replace the wrong one I ordered. (Who would've thought a 10'x10' wasn't a standard size?) I admit I should have done more research but being on hold for up to THIRTY minutes, that's right 30 multiple times to no avail is why I rate this as I do. The second canopy fits perfectly shipped right away and am completely satisfied with it. "

"While putting the canopy on where the elastic is sewn on the corner ,,the elastic ripped from the canopy. I was just slipping it over the corner and it looks like the elastic wasn't sewn on the material enough and it came apart. If it wasn't that it was the weekend that I needed the canopy I would of sent it back. I ordered the tent early enough before the holiday that I needed but I was redoing my outside deck. I purposely ordered it so it wouldn't be out of stock. I was very upset because its not cheap!!"
