I could not get thru. Either the phone would just keep ringing or I was put on hold. The one time I called I was on hold for over 20 minutes, I hung up. I end up ordering my item
thru the computer. I was very pleased with my purchase. I would purchase another item from you but would not call customer service. "

"I like my swing, it's the best for rocking babies outside. The fresh air is wonderful. Unfortunately, the top canopy only lasted a year. I'm glad I am able to replace it, but it's on back order. First it was back ordered to July, now it's back ordered to Aug.!!!! Way to hot and sunny to swing with my 4 grandchildren, ages, 3mo, 20mo, 4yrs, and 7 yrs.
I have to pay extra for Rip Lock Protection fabric???? What the heck, just make your product all with rip lock protection. When I called to see if the order could be shipped earlier, the customer service representative wasn't rude, but she sure wasn't nice either. (I've been a customer rep. for a major company and one thing that was stressed over and over was, to speak with a smile on your face. It shows in your voice. Try it.) Wish I could give you a better review, maybe I can when I finally get the canopy."

"Went over measurements with a representative. Made sure to check model number of canopy that we had purchased. We'd received for a party went to put up that morning and it did not fit. So my husband had to cut the metal frame on the frame on the canopy for the roof that we just purchased to fit. Disappointed......"
