"Received email stating my order was delivered on Saturday, It was Sunday when I read the email and it was not at our house. Contacted customer service and they would contact FedEx to see if it was delivered. FedEx sent the driver to talk to me and he didn't remember delivering the shipment to the house. Customer Service called three days later to advise me that they would reship the order the next day and while we were talking about the order the FedEx driver showed up with the shipment and he had delivered to the the wrong address about a quarter mile from our. All was good and everyone was happy. The product was installed by me and is doing the job it was intended for.
