"Even though I verified the SKU from my gazebo was compatible with this canopy, there was no way this was going to fit on my frame; needed to be at least four inches wider on each side (six would probably be even better). Sent photos with email to customer service and am still waiting for a response. "
"Hook where to small. evertime the wind blows the hooks pop out. I am tring to bend the hook so they willl not pop out. I have order this same product in the past and never had a problem like this before."

"The gazebo cover I ordered was advertised as a replacement cover for the Cindy Crawford gazebo. It was not the exact one but close. The roof fit nicely but the ventilation piece that fits over the roof did not fit at all . There is a small hole in the center covered by a grommet , it wasn't large enough for the piece that fits into it to secure it . Fortunately, we still had the original piece that came with the Cindy Crawford when we purchased it. We used that and are quite satisfied . Garden Winds was very easy to order from and the delivery service was exceptional."

"I had ordered a canopy for my gazebo. I had placed the order on the weekend and monday was a holiday here in canada. The canopy was delivered first this on tuesday, it could not be better. The canopy was a perfect fit. I will be happy when i have to deal with this company the next time."
