"Canopy for Barzebo arrived quickly. The only problem with these is the smaller upper canopy doesn't fit correctly. It needs to be about 2 incher larger in both directions. I've bought this canopy before and was kind of hoping with the complaints, this would have been addressed by now, but has not. I was thinking of bringing it to a local patio furniture repair and have them make one out of Sunbrella fabric that will last a long time and fit correctly."

"I received the wrong canopy, called was on hold for 45 minutes on a Saturday. first call to place orginal order to 45 minutes as well. sent back the wrong one but Garden W forgot to reorder the correct one, had to call again.
1.5 hours on the phone, and 3 weeks without a canopy is poor service. i wll not recommend you to a friend.
