I clicked submit order before I dilled the ccv on accident, but your site accepted the order instead of stopping and saying ‘sorry, fill out all fields before submitting’. Email said to contact customer service to update credit card information, but when I called they said they had to cancel and I have to place the order again. Overall poor experience. Product is good, no issues with receiving the order."
