"First, I need to say, we attempted originally to order our replacement canopy from the supplier recommended on our paperwork that came with the gazebo. It was and continues to be a terrible experience. After several weeks of trying to deal with "that company" I did some searching on the Internet and found Garden Winds. Your website was easy to use, you cross-referenced the original part number. And best of all, the order arrived accurately and ON TIME! It fits perfectly. We paid a few dollars more (and that very small amount was WELL worth it) but the quality itself makes up the difference. It is great and we are enjoying our gazebo immensely. Thank you Garden Winds! "We just put up our gazebo for the summer and opened our new canopy. It looks great and almost fits perfectly, but.....the middle roof support beams. We built the frame and then put the cover on using a ladder. The middle support beams have to be removed and reinstalled after the canopy is on. The original had velcro there so the canopy could be removed for poor weather. Now in order to remove the canopy for weather purposes we will have to remove the beams and then remove the cover. This is really unexceptable for us, we can often have only a few minutes to remove the cover when storms approach. I would not purchase again. I am highly disappointed. One of the grommets was also not properly closed and left a sharp edges. The material used does seem heavy duty and several drain vents were added. We are debating as I type if we should return or modify it and void our warranty. "
