I tried one and it was too small by about an inch all the way around. I got lucky on the second try. Having the "exact" top dimensions (not just 10' x 12') would be helpful."

excellent both times, items were shipped quickly. This time the color was a little
darker and that is fine but it was a fraction harder to put on the frame. I feel this
was caused by cutting the pattern a little smaller. We got it on and I am thrilled

"I received my canopy with a rip in it. I called and spoke with Laren in regards to this right away. She instructed me to take a picture and then email it to her, which I did right away. Still haven't heard anything. I told her that I'd be happy with a discount or if that wasn't possible that I'd have to return it. Since our gazebo is so old (over 15 years) we had to go with a 'Generic' 10 x 10 canopy. Much to my surprise it fils nicely!

Upon asking for a return shipping label I was told they didn't offer them and had to pay to return them myself. After spending over $100 at UPS to return the cushions I am now starting over with $100 less to spend on cushions. "Everything was excellent. Package arrived quickly and it does appear to be tougher than the original material. Time will tell.
One thing the gromlets at the bottom met to fasten the nets tot he posts were much too small. I can improvise something -- but that was the only problem I experienced.
