"I accept responsibility for not reading the fine print but I went off the fact that I was ordering a replacement for the Sams Club Pomeroy which was exactly what the picture showed. When it came it was not the same color. I called and they pointed out that in the description it sAid beige. Now it doesn't match my curtains so I can't use them. My husband nd son put it up before I saw it and threw the old one out. Havent had any use out of it yet so cant comment.

"Our pergola's are set up over our 10'x20' pond. Replacement WOULD have been a breeze on land! The generous rod pockets, made it allot easier to thread thru.
I have bought a couple different styles from Garden Winds, for gazebos and now the pergola's. I've always been a satisfied customer. My only wish, would have been a darker color for the pergola's. "
"I am very happy with the product but was most impressed with the customer service I received. There was an issue about shipping my canopies but they worked with me and came up with a solution. When I had a question they responded quickly were very helpful.
Time will tell how durable the canopies are but the quality appears excellent.

"Was very disappointed in the quality of this product. The 2 corner rings fell out before I even started to put it on.for the price that I paid I thought it would be better quality.I bought one last year for a lot less and it was better quality. Just goes to show the more you pay doesn't mean better quality.would like to also add that there customer service is very bad. I left several messages and no one would return my calls. They also charged me another 20 dollars to send me the one that was damaged when I got it back. No one ever tried to fix the problem. I didn't want anything for free just wanted the product that was described in there website."
"Cushions are much nicer than original but canopy not good fit poor quality too small for frame. Got more expensive canopy thinking would be better but pulls awfully tight on frame & sure it won't last long. "
