"We are repeat customer's, as we purchase our replacement canopy from Garden Winds every 2-3 yrs. This has nothing to do with the quality of the canvas, but the fact that it is beaten down by the UV rays of the midwestern climate. We switched to RipLock the last two purchases, and this has given us another year out of the canopies we buy, but the UV rays still destroy canvas no matter what. Great product, and we will always come back for our replacement canopies. "

She had me email a photo of my garden swing and then emailed me back with the exact order number of the canopy I needed and which store to order it from.
