"We have ordered this canopy before and it worked perfectly. For some unknown reason the company has changed the clips that attached to canopy to the pavilion structure. They do not work at all. Any easy breeze cause the canopy to come loose. The previous clips were excellent in even the highest winds. Don't understand the need to fix something that is not broken. Will never order this again unless the clips are changed. "

"I had initially ordered the model # LCM576B-RS. The measurement on the website indicates it is a 11feet 6 inches by 11 feet 6 inches, which is the exact size of my frame. On receiving it and measuring it physically it measures 11 feet by 11 feet. Talked to their customer service department which was a nightmare as well. I decided to return it for a refund. Proceeded to order another canopy model # LCM581B-RS, for a little more money. The website indicates it is a 12 feet by 12 feet. I sure thought it would fit my canopy which is 11 feet 6 inches by 11' 6". I received the second canopy today and guess what ? it measures 11 feet by 11 feet. Either the Chinese do not know how to measure nor the American based company doing business. This will also be returned tomorrow. It is a shame that I have to pay postage on 2 returned items 4 times. Will not do business with them again unless they correct it. I do not see the purpose of giving wrong dimensions on the website. Even if it says approximate dimension, you cannot be off by a foot."

"I was SOOOO glad to have found your site for replacement cushions. We have had the Urban Haven II conversation set for 3 years and absolutely LOVE IT! It is so comfortable and was reasonably priced. The BEST of this set is the self-adhesive cushion fasteners to the frames. It seems we ALWAYS have some sort of a breeze, so this feature prevents us from having to walk the yard to pick-up cushions; or more importantly, find them floating in the pool. The material used from Garden Winds appears to be tougher, although this replacement set will be under a fixed gazebo, for lasting power. Im LOVING the Sienna (red) color. It was fun to have a choice (had the beige when purchased set originally)
