"I recently ordered a canopy from your company ( I am a repeat customer) and was disappointed in the reception I received from phoning your customer service line. The first time I called I was not assisted well with good info and ended up ordering the wrong canopy. When it arrived and I realized it would not fit I called again to try and find the correct one. The person helped me but when I went to return there was no label to print to put on the package to ship and I ended up having to pay over 40 dollars to ship it back. I ordered a new one but it did not come with netting and to add it on was another 90 dollars. The product itself was sound but the business interactions are not.
