"I bought my original patio set at Walmart, the Hillcrest four pc. Conversation Set consisting of two chairs and a love seat with box seats and pillow style backs. Sadly, this spring a squirrel ripped open two of my cushions and stole the filling for her nest. I was thrilled to find the Garden Winds site offering replacement cushions. Although only two of my cushions were destroyed by the squirrel, I would need to buy the whole set, but that was okay with me as my old set was faded. The photo on the site is exactly like my set. I clicked on the photo, changed the color selection from Beige to Sage Green, the Quantity was already filled in with the number 1 so I clicked on Add to Cart and Checked Out. Because I never needed to scroll further down the page, I never saw the notice that stated the Garden Winds cushions had no buttons on the cushions nor did I see the photo showing no buttons on the pillow dimples. It is perfectly possible to select and complete the purchase without ever seeing that the cushion set would NOT be identical to the originals as shown in the first photo. The back cushions I received are stuffed with very hard filling, and are not comfortable at all to lean back on as the originals are. My original set also had seat cushions for the two chairs which were slightly smaller than the love seat cushions. Turns out Garden Winds replacement ones are all the same size, and do not fit correctly in the chairs. The replacement cushions I received are not actual replacements as the two chair seats do not fit the chairs and all of the seat backs are too hard and bulky and not comfortable as the originals were. Returning them is possible for 30 days, but the original shipping cost will NOT be refunded and shipping them back will NOT be covered, thus costing me in excess of $100.00 for NO replacement cushions!"

They did try to deliver on the Fri. however no one home to accept the delivery but was successful on the Monday. All in All I am quite happy and am now just waiting for summer so that I can put up the gazebo again. "
