"I ordered a cushion. Due to poor packing the cushion was hanging out of the box and was dirty from being dragged all over the delivery truck. When I called they were nice enough; I sent pictures of said box and of the dirty cushion. They sent me another cushion; however, their email to me was this. Please accept this replacement cushion; your warranty with the cushions is no longer valid. Okay... what is that suppose to mean? The company does a poor job of packing and now my warranty on the cushion is not good anymore? what kind of service is that.. oh well. I will order my next cushion elsewhere."

"For this order I received the standard superb service from Garden Winds. Living in the desert as we do our canopy cover deteriorates within a couple of years from the sun. The technology in canopy cloth doesn't really matter because the sun always wins. Desert Winds stocks replacement canopies for our pergola and we intend to continue to buy from them. Oh, by the way, our replacement canopy was delivered much faster than expected.

"The Rip Lock Canopy arrived the day after it was ordered. Came all folded up in a nice box. We are still in winter. So this is a spring project. If all goes well, we'll replace it in April. We ordered one previously (about 2 years) ago. It fit perfectly, so hopefully this one will also. I am so happy that we can re-order a replacement canopy as the metal structure is still perfect. The frame is about 15 years old, and in perfect condition. Every 2 to 3 years a new canopy is needed. We live in the central valley of CA. Very hot in the summer & canopy gets full sun for about 6 hours a day. "
