"This is the second gazebo cover we have ordered from you..There is only one color available. We got the Rip stop and paid the extra for it...The Problem is that even though their are the same size as the original.(We measured both of them)..The Rip Stop doesn't stretch enough to cover the poles.. We have almost bent the poles trying to get your covers to fit....So, you can be sure that we will not ordered any items from your company again..We do thank you for the horror story, I can tell all my friends and clients about your products...We will never order any thing now that is made of Rip Stop. It's true it is tougher that the original..But a least it fit...Now we are using binder clip to hold the cover on...and it really looks nice...NOT...Also, I'm putting this review on Amazon.. "

"RipLock Technology does NOT work around the endges where it attaches to the frame. After 1 month of use, and 1 rain/wind storm, the canopy began tearing away from the frame. Because we did not put the canopy up for several months after purchase, the warranty was not honored. Had to purchase another replacement canopy just because we were not ready to replace the whole gazebo yet. But, once this new canopy rips, we will replace the entire gazebo, not work paying so much money for a replacement canopy when I can buy a brand new gazebo for just a bit more money."
