"I ordered a swing canopy replacement from Garden Winds. I received the replacement which was the right size and model, however the color was completely different than the picture online. When I called the company to say that the color was not what I expected, I was told the company sells replacement parts and does not have to match the color seen on the online order page. I was looking for a dark brown to match the swing color and I received a cover that was very reddish brown and did not match at all. I returned the product for a refund but spent almost $20 in shipping (to ship it to my home and then to ship it back to the company). The company should have a comment on their site that the product colors may vary and may not be as pictured on the order page. I would not have purchased this swing canopy replacement had I known that the color I saw online was not the color I would receive."
