"I like the promptness and ease of obtaining my replacement canopy; however, I've not had the last two orders correctly filled according to what I thought I had requested. I don't like the two tier with the netting on the top tier. It falls in and allows rain to cover the furniture inside. The next one was great with the sewn corner and no netting, but the over all quality of the canopy material was very inferior. One strong wind tattered it. The new one, just received has a much better quality, but I thought I ordered the 500 series with, what looked like sewn corner top tier, but when it arrived it has the netting and immediately rain got in a soaked the furniture. Need for holidays and no time to return. This is my 3rd or 4th from Garden Winds. I may have to look for a new company."

"While I was satisfied with the order and shipping process from Garden Winds......I was very dissatisfied with the pricing policy. LESS then 2 weeks after I ordered my replacement canopy the item went on sale for 25% off. I called the customer service center and was told that there was nothing they could do for me regarding getting the lower price. That's unacceptable. I've called other on line sites when an item has gone on sale and had no problem receiving the sale price. It wasn't a month later it was LESS then 2 weeks from my ORDER date. I feel cheated."
"I am so happy with my dealings with Garden Winds. Their customer service was Amazing!! The lady I spoke with was very familiar with the 2 products that I wanted to purchase and answered all my questions honestly and precisely. I was amazed at how she knew the details of the products and did not have to refer to any manuals etc. She was also instrumental in helping me order the 2nd product I wanted to order and making sure I got the correct size and color!! I got my order in just a few days which was nice and as promised !! Both items had all the pieces needed to put the items together which was great!!. The items I ordered exceeded my expectations as far as the quality of the items! Their website even has a video on how to install the items which was of great help. The prices of their products are quite reasonable and very affordable especially with the high quality of their products!! The material appears to be stronger than the one that came with the Metal Gazebo I bought years ago, so it thrills me to think I will get many years of use from it. I know not to leave it out during the cold, ice and snow of Kentucky Winters, but I have learned my lesson and am thrilled to find this replacement canopy that fits."
