"I order a replacement canopy for my umbrella. I was able to track my package from it's point of origin to my door. Unfortunately, the canopy I order was the wrong shape. I immediately called customer service (on a Saturday) and was told to take a photo of my umbrella stand. I received an email letting me know the company did not carry the replacement I needed. I returned the canopy and received my credit immediately."

Delivery is fast and came on a Monday and that night we had a strong wind storm and our old top ripped in half. Next morning we took 20 minutes and installed the new one.
