I used their ship back FEDEX label to return an item that did not fit. The company deducted not only the ship to cost to me, but the cost of the ship back label before they credited my account. SHIPPING COSTS ARE EXCESSIVE. I will never order anything from this company again and I am spreading the word about the excessive shipping costs. I am unsatisfied about this entire order. "

"This is the second review you have asked for. In my first review I stated that I was satisfied with Garden Winds but not with the manufacture of the canopy. The canopy is 1 inch too short to fit in the mounting post corners due to the stitching of the border."
