"The ordering process and delivery were fine. I tried to install the top and it would not fit over the last corner. It was almost 1 1/2" to small. No matter how I adjusted it, it would not fit. I returned it and got a refund (minus a handling fee) which I feel that I should not have incurred. I want the top, but it did not fit. In the return box I asked for a replacement top but got no response back, positive or negative. This is the third top that I have purchased from Garden Winds for the same gazabo. The last order was the same problem, that the top did not fit, but I was sent another one that did. The product is good as long as it fits. Would like to get another one to see fit it fits."
"My original gazebo's canopy lasted an amazing three years until a cat tried to jump onto the canopy from nearby tree.He went right through!!! It was hilarious !!! But then I needed a replacement.
