"Ordered a swing replacement cover and canopy cover a few months before it was available. I went on line to check status and I did not see the order at all so I replaced it. I decided not to get the canopy cover and called to cancel, They didn't say anything about their being two orders for the same thing and so I got two orders. there had been no notice of shipment. They took the one back but I had to pay shipping both ways, even though I asked for at least credit for one way. Now, I just put the cover on the swing (maybe three weeks) and it has started ripping at the back seam."

"Obtaining and returning the canopy was not difficult, but trying to figure out by the online pictures whether it would fit my gazebo was difficult. I ordered a replacement tarp that I thought would work, based on the pictures - it didn't, and that was frustrating. I expect to have the refund processed soon. "

"I was not very satisfied with my product (swing replacement cover). It didn't fit appropriately (too tight), although it was suppose to be an exact match for my swing. In the process of trying to get it to fit, a screw in one of my swing rods was broken. Customer service has been very friendly with me on the matter, however, it's disappointing that it didn't, and now the whole swing cover is lop sided because of the broken rod. But, trying to remember, it's just temporary stuff! "
