"The canopy arrived with hole in it. I emailed a picture of the same and they replaced it right away. Good, except, they did it under a warranty and said that was it. So, if the new one arrives with a hole, am I to just live with it? I would think one would replace a manufacturing defect with a new one with no strings attached. Hopefully, this will work. Otherwise, quite satisfied with the ordering and delivery. Price is a bit high for something we replace evey 2-5 years. Probably just go out and buy something new next time."

"I placed 2 separate orders. One for outdoor furniture cushion replacement for my Home Depot bought outdoor furniture. The 2nd order was 1 rectangular cover for my outdoor seating and 2 covers for my outdoor heaters. Everything fir very well and, it might be a little to early to tell how everything will perform and last in all weather conditions, but all materials seem to be pretty heavy duty and good quality and I expect they would last me a good long time. I would definitely shop from Garden Winds again and would recommend to friends and family."
