This is really unbelievable that I would receive yet another 'survey' asking me how was my experience with Garden Winds. It was terrible ... awful ... appalling ... despicable ... let me check my Thesaurus. I bought swing replacement cushions on-line where there were no dimensions to the size of the cushions. My cushions are 20 inches wide. Garden Winds cushions are 24 inches wide. They don't fit. But I can't return them because return shipping at the UPS store is $116.15. I paid $139.99 for the cushions + $25.77 shipping. Now if I pay $116.15 to return the cushion + the $25.77 I already paid to get them here, I will be paying $141.92 just in shipping charges. The cushions were $139.00. Shipping is more than the cost of the product. But Garden Wind does not reimburse shipping. So ... I have a product that I can't use and can't afford to return. I have written a letter to Mr. Yim and have not heard from him about his scam. I have written several emails and get emails back from 'no name people' like you. And you're telling me - again - that Garden Wind is interested in my satisfaction. No, they aren't. Buyer Beware!!"
