"So Far, I have not received the items I ordered for Father's Day! They are back ordered until the end of July...which seems like a really long time! I feel like I should at least get a discount! "

"overall good; had to adjust the framework to get the canopy on; fearful we'd tear it trying to get it over the ends of the rods, so we cut three of them off about 1 1/2 inch..... worked fine."

"The product itself is a highly satisfactory product, very well made and I would get another one from Garden Winds if and when I need a replacement. My reason for the low rating is twofold. Mainly, as far as I am concerned, it was made too small for my frame which measured 11 foot, 6 inches by 11 foot by 6 inches. I tried to put the canopy in place with the help of my wife and it became apparent very quickly that it wouldn't fit. I left it out where it would get lots of sun, expecting that it might stretch better after significant sunshine heating. After several hours, it was obvious that it would not fit. My only alternative was to either send it back (like I only imagine a lot of customers end up doing) or to make an adjustment because I really wanted to make it work. My adjustment that took several hours was to reduce the size of my frame. I disconnected the center connecting points of each of the four sides (one at a time) and cut no more than1 inch off the ends where they meet. I then drilled new holes and replaced the bolts (four at each connecting point; 16 total). When I disconnected each of the two sides that are parallel to the cupola at the top, I took the caution to prop both of the upper large joints where all the five roof braces come together because I wanted to relieve the downward pressure for my next disconnects. This step could be done at the beginning as a first step. I then got up on my ladder and disconnected the bolts at both ends of the cupola bars and cut to make those pieces shorter also since now the gazebo was now in two pieces. After shortening the two remaining sides, I again drilled new holes where necessary, reinstalled the bolts and the re-sizing was done. When I was finished, I remeasured the frame and it was/is now 5 inches shorter in circumference than when I started or in another way of stating it is that the frame dimensions are now an average of 11 ft 4 3/4 inch on each side. THE REPLACEMENT CANOPY NOW FITS PERFECTLY. But as you can see, it took a lot of work.
The only other complaint was strangely a shipping problem. I ordered the canopy late on a Thursday and since I wanted it hopefully by Saturday at the latest, I ordered it via 2-day express and paid extra for it. It arrived on Monday via AMEX with the excuse that they don't deliver "express" on Saturdays and had I simply ordered it to be via ground, I would have received it sooner and paid less. Garden Winds is a GREAT company to deal with and they were kind enough to make an adjustment for me. Of course, they don't make the canopy replacements that they sell and I hope they can get the manufacturers to make their product larger so that it will fit the frames with some room to spare; there really is no need for a super tight fit. THANK YOU GARDEN WINDS; YOU CARE!!

"Canopy was to tight to fit last corner. I did watch a video on youtube that showed the trick about loosening the corner to get it on, but then I can't get the corner bracket screwed back in because the canopy is still to tight to line up the screw holes and tighten them down. If I pulled any harder, it would definitely rip. I rigged it to work. Other than that, good transaction and quick shipping. "

"Just wish the canopy matched the cushion better. And especially wish you sold the small throw cushions that our original swing came with."

"My previous canopy (also a replacement was thicker and far more substantial...I wasted $150+!
I can't believe the bad quality for a substantial amount of money.
