"I ordered the swing canopy three seats and was told that item will be arrival with in five to seven business days then afterward days went by and haven't receive the package so I called them they said oh it will be in their warehouse in Auhust 30th which it is too long time waiting for it almost two and half months. "Pretty disappointed in our whole experience with Garden Winds. We are in need a certain piece for our gazebo.. When I ordered online it told us the piece was unavailable until June 30. On June 30th I called Gardens a Winds to just touch base when my order would be shipped out and was completely disappointed when the customer service rep on the phone told me she doesn't know what happend to that shipment but that the piece I ordered would not be back in stock until August 30th.
I am completely dissatisfied and debating just cancelling my order altogether. "
