"I ordered the RipLock Canopy for my Crossman Gazebo. This was two weeks ago and never heard anything.
I went in to see what was going on and saw that it was 'In Process' state. Still no emails or contacts.
I contacted Garden Winds and got a response informing me that the canopy was on back order.
Later that day I got another email letting me know the canopy was on its way!?
My guess is I think they forgot about my order and only recognized it once I contacted Garden Winds"
